Choose a Second Look path

Quick Second Look

One concern

Start with one concern. Answer a few focused questions about what is happening, when it matters, and how it affects your business. Give Phil a useful starting point for a focused conversation.

Not sure which one to choose

If you are unsure, start with the Quick Second Look. If a broader review would be useful, Phil can help you decide that after learning more about the concern. You can also speak with Phil before completing either path.

Read the free Second-Look Checklist before you begin. No information is required.

When a deeper review makes sense, Phil connects you with the appropriate specialist and stays involved. You can ask questions, review the numbers and practical requirements, and decide whether moving forward makes sense for your business.

Both assessments are educational screens. They are designed to identify an area that may deserve a closer look, not to diagnose the business, promise a result, or replace legal, tax, insurance, medical, HR, compliance, financial, or investment advice.

Questions about the Business Second Look

What is a Business Second Look?
A Business Second Look is how Navigator Strategy helps an owner pause and identify what deserves attention, from payroll and HR to employee benefits, business systems, and recurring costs. It gives Phil a starting point for a conversation. It is not a report, a savings calculation, or a professional analysis.
Which path should I choose?
Choose Quick Second Look when one concern is already clear. Choose Comprehensive Business Second Look when several areas may be connected. If you are unsure, start with Quick Second Look. You can also speak directly with Phil.
What happens after I submit?
Navigator Strategy receives what you shared and sends a confirmation email. Phil reviews it and follows up personally using the contact details you provided. You can schedule a 30-minute introduction if you want to choose a time. Submitting does not book that conversation, create an instant report, or commit you to a purchase.
Do I have to change providers?
No. Completing a Second Look does not require you to change payroll, benefits, or other providers. The conversation helps you decide whether a practical adjustment, a specialist review, or no immediate change makes sense.
Who provides the technical analysis?
When a deeper review makes sense, the specialist provides the technical education, gathers necessary information securely, and puts real numbers around the opportunity. Phil does not replace that technical work. You decide whether moving forward makes sense.
Does Phil stay involved?
Yes. Phil owns the relationship and stays involved. If a specialist joins the review, Phil follows through while you ask questions, review the numbers and practical requirements, and choose your next step.
